WithLove Project Foundation is a community-centered arts and education nonprofit dedicated to uplifting Northeast Oklahoma City and underrepresented communities across Oklahoma. Through public art, cultural programming, and youth development, we activate spaces, amplify voices, and invest in the creative potential of our community.

Founder & Executive Director
Jabee Williams
Founder & Executive Director, WithLove Project FoundationJabee Williams is a three-time Emmy Award–winning musician, educator, and community activist committed to uplifting Oklahoma City’s Eastside through art, advocacy, and opportunity.
Drawing from lived experiences that include growing up in a single-parent household and experiencing homelessness, Jabee founded WithLove Project Foundation to expand access to public art, mentorship, and creative infrastructure.
His socially conscious music has earned national recognition and collaborations with artists such as Chuck D and Run the Jewels. Jabee also serves as Executive Director of LiveFree Oklahoma, advancing community-based violence prevention and healing. Across his work, Jabee blends creativity, leadership, and community action to drive lasting impact.
